A Man With 3 Penises Didn’t Realize He Had Them. Call it a medical mystery. A 78 year old British man who passed away has become only the second case ever recorded of: triphallia. The word literally means triple penis and believe it or not, he may not have known he had them.
This happened in the U.K. and the man passed away at 78. He donated his body to science and that’s when the doctors discovered that he had 3 penises BUT only one was external and functional. The other two were internal and not functional. Believe it or not, he was only the second case ever recorded. There have been over 100 cases of diphallia recorded which is two penises.
