This happened in the U.K. and the man passed away at 78. He donated his body to science and that's when the doctors discovered that he had 3 penises BUT only one was external and functional. The other two were internal and not functional. Believe it or not, he was only the second case ever recorded. There have been over 100 cases of diphallia recorded which is two penises.
