Cardi B Vows To Abstain From Dating Until ‘Mission’ Is Complete

Cardi B has decided to take a break from dating and sex until her “mission” is completed; this is probably a reference to her upcoming album, is finished. She recently went live on Instagram to explain that she’s focusing on her career because her dating life was pulling her away from her goals.

“I don’t even want to take d--- right now. Every single time I take d---, I get distracted,” she said. “I don’t want no distraction.”

Cardi also mentioned that January is super important for setting the stage for the rest of 2025.

“I put a little pause on my dating life because January is very, very, very, very important, and I have a mission to complete,” she shared. “And if I don’t complete this mission, it’s gonna f--- up the schedule for this year.”

When it comes to resisting temptation, Cardi said she feels like she’s being “tested,” but it hasn’t thrown her off track. “I’m so proud of myself and I’m so focused. Because I’m a very emotional person, and when I get emotional, I don’t do things with love,” she explained. “And you could hear it in my music: my voice cracks a lot. You could see it in my face when I work. I just don’t got thrive when I get emotional.”

She ended by saying she doesn’t want “laziness,” “comfortability,” or “sadness” to get in her way.
