Cardi B Responds To Stefon Diggs Romance Rumors
Cardi B has seemingly addressed the recent rumors that she cheated on Offset with Stefon Diggs, an all-star wide receiver for the Houston Texans. Speaking to fans on X Spaces on Wednesday (October 9), the Bronx rapper described the internet as “insane” and called the rumors “crazy,” but she stated that she doesn’t feel the need to respond to them right now.
“The internet is insane. All these rumors are so f—— crazy. That’s why I don’t wanna address it because I feel like shit is funny. I’ma just let it ride out because I think it’s cute, it’s funny. I’ma let people think what they wanna think.”
The rumors started earlier this week when Akademiks mentioned them on his Rumble channel. He said, “This is what I heard… Cardi B was catching Offset doing all types of bull—- and basically, when Cardi B was like eight months pregnant, Offset went through her phone and caught her texting some dog a– n—- named Stefon Diggs, some football player.”
Akademiks claimed that while their relationship wasn’t physical, their texts were flirtatious and included a picture. “I heard she didn’t f— him, but she was texting the n—-, entertaining the n—-,” he added. “I heard there was a picture sent.” He suggested that Offset interpreted the flirting as cheating, leading him to think, “You done f—– Stefon Diggs.”
Previously he had hinted that he knew the identity of the man Cardi allegedly cheated on Offset with while pregnant, suggesting that he was an NFL star. Offset accused Cardi of cheating while she was pregnant with their youngest child, who was born last month. He commented on Cardi’s Instagram Live, saying, “U f—– with a baby inside tell the truth!!”
Cardi didn’t deny the claims and responded, “You know what I find so crazy? That a n—- thinks that they can just buy a b—-. I love me shit, but you can’t buy me no more, mutha—–. It’s so crazy that a n—- thinks that that’s enough. It’s not enough, honey.”
She continued, “I find it funny that n—-s think that they can f— on anything, but when I start talking to n—-s, you want to threaten me with taking s— that I f—ing worked my a– off for. You want to play those games with me? We gon’ play them games too. You want to take my s— because I’m moving on? Move on. Why can’t you move on?”
Later, Cardi appeared to confirm Offset’s claim by writing on X “AND DID !!!!!!”
