The Weeknd Releases New Video Shot Entirely With Iphone 16 Pro. The day The Weeknd fans have been waiting for is finally here. The Weeknd had been teasing that his new single "Dancing In The Flames" would be released on Friday, September 13 and accompanied by a video shot entirely with an iPhone 16 Pro. Well he delivered at midnight last night. The single is the first off of The Weeknd's new album "Hurry Up Tomorrow" which as of today, has no release date. He performed the single at his live show in Brazil last weekend.

The video for "Dancing in the Flames" was directed by Anton Tammi and director of photographer Erik Henrikkson. It was shot in 4k 120fps and according to Henrikkson:  “Using iPhone 16 Pro is starting to erase the line between what’s considered a ‘professional camera’ and what’s not. And I think this is really really going to help young filmmakers coming up.” The video is of course corresponding with the release of Apple's newest iPhone which will be released 9/20.
