She was devastated that she felt she could've done more to secure her finances by trademarking the word. However, thanks to the power of the internet, it looks like Jools may have gotten her wish.

Good news for Jools. She said she has gotten a legal team and the situation is being handled:
Now she didn’t get into any details and no word how long the handling is gonna take but she’s in much better spirits and lawyers on her timeline were saying it should be a pretty easy case to prove so we’ll see.
